Stop Wasting My Time

$600.00

2026
Resin and collage on wood
12 x 12 inches

A figure fragmented and reassembled—caught between visibility and interruption.

Stop Wasting My Time brings together fragments of image, pattern, and gesture into a composition that feels both constructed and unstable. The figure is partially obscured—split, layered, and interrupted—suggesting a tension between presence and erasure.

The barcode motif introduces a language of measurement and control, referencing systems that assign value, identity, and time. In contrast, the hand-drawn and torn elements resist that structure, creating a push and pull between order and disruption.

Encased in resin, the surface becomes both a seal and a distortion. What appears fixed is subtly altered by light and depth, reinforcing the instability of the image and the identity it attempts to hold.

This work is also available as an archival print.
