Handmade porcelain carton vase finished with a soft cream glaze layered with scattered red, peach, and black accents.
The surface evokes a field of wildflowers viewed from above—clusters of warm reds and soft peach tones drifting across the porcelain form like petals carried by the wind. The spontaneous patterning gives each side its own character while maintaining a sense of balance and movement throughout the piece.
Its clean geometric carton shape contrasts with the organic, painterly surface, transforming an everyday form into a contemporary sculptural vessel.

Each carton is slip-cast in porcelain and finished by hand in my North Carolina studio.
