A one-of-a-kind porcelain milk jug finished in a rich Deep Firebrick glaze that shifts between deep burgundy, oxblood, and warm brick tones depending on the light.
Part sculpture and part functional vessel, this piece transforms the familiar shape of a milk jug into a contemporary ceramic object. The glossy surface emphasizes the soft geometry of the form while creating depth and movement across the glaze.
Designed to hold a few stems, a small cutting from the garden, or simply stand on its own as an object, each milk jug is individually cast, glazed, and fired in my Asheville studio.
